Thanks to all you amazing backers, we finished this campaign very strong! You guys are the absolute best!
Moving forward, we will wait a couple weeks to release our end-of-campaign survey - allowing you the time for payments to be processed and all missing/incorrect card information to be remedied.
The end-of-campaign survey will be comprehensive, allowing you to specify all details of your selected rewards, including add-ons and color selections, as well as all required shipping information. Additionally, you will be able to add more items to your order, if you so wish. Once we compile all the survey data, it won't be long until we start fulfilling your rewards!

Hi Everyone!
A few weeks ago, we sent a couple test mugs out to our early backers, to see if they could tell us their thoughts on the mug. We got some amazing notes!

Here is a sample of the feedback we received:
Mug contents stayed warmed to at least 50C in my experience, even over the whole day (so wonderful to have my tea or coffee stay warm while I distractedly sip it)
Qi charging of smartphones worked well
Really liked that the underside of lid fits the filter after steeping/brewing to avoid making a messy counter/table
Storage container is not tippy, very stable, when lid fully opened as lid reaches counter/table
Ground coffee smelled very fresh in the small container - maintains freshness well!
Overall, I love the warming mug and will squeal in glee when I can get the finished product for keeps!

We can’t wait till all of you finally receive the final version of the mug - production has been moving right along, and we are well on schedule to have them delivered in a timely manner!

Test Production

Attention!
We have exactly two weeks left for the campaign, and we continue to get more backers each day - thank you once again for your support!
In some very exciting news, we’ve begun preparing for full scale production and are currently producing a small test batch of the KOPI Mug system. Based on these initial tests, it seems that we will be able to ramp up production to meet the demand with ease. By conducting these tests, we will flesh out any issues and ensure that fulfillment will be smooth and painless.
As these next too weeks come to a close, we cannot wait to see how many more backers we get. Continue to spread the world, tell friends and family, and keep up the amazing dialogue in the comments section. For questions, ideas, and concerns, don’t hesitate to ask!

Heating Test

Hi there!
To start, we'd just like to give a big shoutout to our backers! Thank you again to everyone for your continued support - keep it up!
Today, we have released a new video outlining the heating effectiveness of the charging base and mug combo. From room temperature water (roughly 72 Degrees Fahrenheit), the video demonstrates the ability for the charger to actually heat water from a low temperature.
While this is not the intended use of the charger and mug (rather it is meant to prolong the life of already hot liquids), we hope this demonstration will be indicative of the abilities inherent within the KOPI Mug System. Over a 30 minute period, you are able to see the temperature gradually increase by a nearly a third!
Because of the effectiveness in heating, it gives an indication of its ability to provide constant energy to keep the mug warm during normal use.
