24 Hours Before Locking Surveys

LAST CHANCE!

For all of you who have already filled out the surveys, we will be locking your responses in 24 hours, meaning if you would like to change any aspects of the add-ons included in your order, this is your last chance. Simply head over to BackerKit and make any alterations you'd like before this time. 

NOTE: You will still be able to change your address up and until we start shipping. 

For those who have NOT filled out the survey, you will still have the chance to do so. We have sent out followup emails today for you to complete, so go ahead and do so! We will be locking your orders once they are all in.

Locking Surveys

Hi Everyone!

Thank you to all of you who have already filled out the end of campaign survey via BackerKit. We have roughly 90% of the surveys completed: way to go.

For the other 10%, we want to lock down these surveys in the next couple days, preferably by the end of the week. If you could fill these out ASAP, that would be amazing! It will give us a final manufacturing count so that we make sure we produce enough units to fulfill all of your orders!

We will resend emails to all those who haven't filled out the survey, so check your inboxes and make follow the instructions. Direct all questions to us here on Kickstarter, we will answer them as they come in.

Currently, we have representatives from TWINZ supervising the manufacturing to make sure QC is on par and that everything is going smoothly. We can't wait for you all to get your beautiful KOPI goods.

Survey Add-Ons Update

Hey Backers, 

We have just made the shipping cost for the add-ons more friendly. Before it compounded the price based on the number of additional add-ons you select that were not included in your original pledge. No longer...

No matter if you have one mug add-on or 10 mugs, the shipping charge for the add-ons will only be one fixed rate; $5 for the US and $8 for Worldwide. 

This is a great chance to pick up any extra items you'd like! The survey has been sent out to all of you, so take your time and fill out all your info over there.

Thank you for your patience while we complete set up for our end-of-campaign survey.

We have just sent out a test survey to 5% of backers, from varied reward levels, to see if there are any further changes that need to be made. Once we confirm this, in the next 24 hours, we will be sending out the survey to everyone! Expect to receive it tomorrow!

End-Of-Campaign Survey Update

Hi there, everyone!

It has been a little over a week since the end of the campaign, and we have been preparing things for our final end-of-campaign survey. 

Hosted by a company called BackerKit, their intuitive survey will allow you to input all necessary information with ease. Once you receive it, you will have the chance to provide us with your shipping address and color preferences for your selected rewards. Additionally, you will have the chance to include additional add-ons at this time, perfecting your order with everything you desire! 

We will be sending this survey out in a couple days and you will have until the middle of June to fill it out.
 

Thank you once again for your support, patience, and keen enthusiasm for our project! Like we’ve said before, we could not have done this without you.
